Hello members! I'm ChibiChan12, the main administrator of this forum. As you probably know, a lot of people (mostly Nintendo fans and gamers in general) have been complaining about Adam Sandler's latest movie, Pixels. Many people have been saying this movie is an insult to gamers and is just terrible in general. Well, I saw this movie a couple days ago, and I didn't think it was completely terrible. Pixels is basically about the characters from the arcade games in the 1980s coming to life in the modern world, except they want to pixelate the whole world. Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, Galaga, and Centipede are just some of the characters that the arcade game experts Sam Brenner (Adam Sandler), Will Cooper (Kevin James), and others battle to save their planet. Honestly I did not think it was as bad as people said it was, but I didn't think it was the greatest movie I've ever seen either. The action scenes were pretty thrilling, but the constant '80s references and jokes were a bit much. I also think they went a little overboard (Warning: Possible spoilers!) by making Will Cooper (Kevin James) the president of the United States. I can understand making him the president of a company or something like that, but seriously, what are the chances of him becoming the president of the U.S.? Then again, that's just what I think. As I'd like to give this an A (or five stars), I'm probably going to have to give this movie a B. This is just what I have to say about this movie; I could be wrong. Don't hesitate to put in your own review or critique on Pixels, if you want. So, thanks for reading, and hope to see you soon!
